Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
​
(a). Upon booking, Paige Edge Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. The balance is to be paid in full, one week prior to the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approximately one week prior to the event, the photographer will confirm with the client(s); a schedule of hours and location(s).
It is understood that Paige Edge Photography will act as the sole and exclusive event photographer. During Weddings, Christenings, Communions, Dance & Theatre productions, and portraits, flashes from guests’ cameras may ruin shots taken by Paige Edge Photography, the client(s) therefore acknowledge(s) that they are responsible for notifying all of their guests that guest photography shall be limited and not at the expense of the professional photographer’s work.
2. Copyright

(a). Paige Edge, the Creator, Photographer and Author retains the entire copyright in the Photographs and Works posted on this website at all times unless otherwise stated. Site visitors acknowledge that all work created under this agreement is the intellectual property of the photographer. Any work reproduced, reposted, posted on social media or any other sites, printed, or claimed as their own, unless otherwise agreed with Paige Edge will be in direct obstruction of the Creator's coyright, and where reproduction of Works has taken place and settlement has not been made, the Photographer will make such charges to the publisher of those images as falls within the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and may require published works to be removed from alien sites immediately.

(b). The Author retains the entire copyright in the Photographs and Works at all times, throughout the world and (b) Where reproduction of Works has taken place and settlement has not been made, the Photographer will make such charges to the publisher of those images as falls within the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. (b). Client(s) acknowledge that all work created under this agreement is the intellectual property of the photographer. Client(s) will have unlimited personal use of the photographs at any time for no additional fee. Client(s) give permission for the photographer to use the work for publication, display, advertising promotion and other uses.

3. Ownership of Materials
​
(a). Title to all Photographs remains the property of the Photographer. (b) When the License to Use has expired the Photographs must be returned to the Photographer in good condition within 30 days and any archived digital files destroyed. (c) Title to any materials used in producing the Works is not transferred to the Client upon payment of the invoice.

4. Client Confidentiality
​
(a)The Photographer will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of information communicated to him/her in confidence for the purposes of the photography, save as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Photographer to carry out his/her obligations in relation to the commission.
5. Damage or Loss
(a). While the photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, processing and delivery of photographs, in the event that the images become lost, stolen or destroyed, for reasons within or beyond the control of the photographer, liability is limited to a refund of retainer and payment received. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated within the contract. In the event that Paige is unable to photograph the wedding due to: illness, emergency, accident, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer.
6. Cancellation or Postponement
(a). In the event that the client(s) reschedule the wedding/event and Paige Edge Photography is able to rebook the original wedding/event date, Paige Edge Photography will amend the wedding/event date in the contract. In the event that the client(s) reschedules the wedding/event and Paige Edge Photography is NOT able to rebook the original wedding/event date, Paige Edge Photography will amend the wedding/event date in the contract and client(s) will receive credit for all monies (excluding security deposit) paid up to the date client(s) requests the wedding/event be rescheduled. In the event that the client(s) cancels the Wedding/event outright, cancellation must be in writing (print or email) even if a phone call was made to inform Paige Edge Photography of the cancellation.

7. Expenses
​
(a)Where extra expenses or times are incurred by the Photographer as a result of alterations to the original brief by the Client, or otherwise. The Client shall give approval to and be liable to such extra expenses or fees, in addition to the fees and expenses shown on the Estimate as having been agreed or estimated.
These terms and conditions incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
